THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Naomi Wambui Muiruri, (2) Stephen Karanja Muiruri and (3) David Mwangi Muiruri, all of P.O. Box 11217-00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/1601/3, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as No. I.R. 5918, and whereas the said proprietors have lodged an instrument of transfer and charge in favour of Superiorfone Communications Limited , of P.O. Box 6622-00300, Nairobi, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of title is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and discharge.
