GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 740

WHEREAS Joseph Kiplangat Chelule, of P.O. Box 676, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Kaptel/1049, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the principal magistrate‘s court at Kapsabet in dispute tribunal case No. 24 of 2002, has issued a decree in favour of Robert Limo, and whereas efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the said land certificate issued in respect to the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, and whereas the executive officer of the court has signed transfer document on behalf of Kiplagat Chelule, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said certificate of grant of letters of administration to the said Robert Limo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiplagat Chelule, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
