GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 742

WHEREAS Elijah Kimutai Mitei, of P.O. Box 3, Chemaner, is registered as proprietor of that piece of known as Kericho/Chemaner/902, situate in the district of Sotik, and whereas the senior principal magistrate‘s court at Sotik in civil suit No. 20 of 2010 has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Joseph Kibet Korir and (2) David Kiprotich Korir, both of P.O. Box 3, Chemaner, and whereas the executive officer of the Court has, pursuant to an order of the said Court, executed a transfer of the said piece of land to (1) Joseph Kibet Korir and (2) David Kiprotich Korir, of P.O. Box 3, Chemaner, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land certificate issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land certificate to the said (1) Joseph Kibet Korir and (2) David Kiprotich Korir, and upon such registration the certificate issued earlier to the said Elijah Kimutai Mitei, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
