IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Media Act, the Chairman of the Media Council of Kenya in concurrence with the Council, appoints— GRACE NEKOYE KATASI (MRS.) to be chairperson of the Complaints Commission of the Media Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 13th January, 2012.
