IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 260 (1) of the Local Government Act, the Municipal Council of Naivasha has, with effect from the date of publication of this notice, appointed— JOHN KIARA HIUHU to be public prosecutor in subordinate courts for all cases under the Local Government Act.
