WHEREAS Elizabeth Wanjiku Kung‘u Njuguna (ID/0896300), of P.O. Box 101532, Jamia Mosque, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of share certificate No. 10967 Mboi-I-Kamiti Farmers Comapny Limited, purchased from the original owner on 20th May, 1994, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the share certificate issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, the directors of Mboi-I-Kamiti Farmers Company Limited, shall issue a new share certificate provided that no objection has been received within that period.
