Box 57331–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdullah Sheikh Osman Adan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdullah Sheikh Osman Adan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdullahi Yusuf Ali, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdullahi Yusuf Ali only.
