Box 1791, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Charity Thuguri Mwambia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Charity Thuguri Mwambia, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Charity Thuguri Miles, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Charity Thuguri Miles only.
