NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd January, 2009, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 722, in Volume D1 Folio 232/4872, File No. MMXI, by our client, Grace Njambi Kimani, of P.O. Box 57859– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Grace Wamuyu Rogoi alias Mary Grace Njambi alias Grace Wamuyu Kimani, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former names Grace Wamuyu Rogoi alias Mary Grace Njambi alias Grace Wamuyu Kimani, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Grace Njambi Kimani, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Grace Njambi Kimani only.
