APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) (g) of the
National Construction Authority Act, 2011, the Minister for Public
Works appoints—
KENNEDY ONDITI to be the Chairperson of the Board of the National Construction
Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th June, 2012.
