NOTICE is given that the land described in the schedule hereto has been duly set apart in accordance with the provisions of Part IV of the Trust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. SCHEDULE Place.—Mitangoo, Mariakani Purpose.—Residential/Commerical Area.—12.14 Ha Approximately Description of Land: This land is situated approximately 9.0 km /kilometer to the North West of Mariakani Township. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from point NS9 which is an iron pin on concrete from which spot height 231 and spot height 207° are 190m and 215m metre/distant on bearing 200° 20’ 7” and 278° 00’ 00” respectively. Thence for 280.39 metre on a bearing 124° 08’ 47” to point NS4; thence on a bearing 28° 48’ 39” at a distance of 89.68 m to point NS5; thence on a bearing 131° 03’ 16” at a distance of 32.62 m to point NS6; thence on a bearing 26° 12’ 20” at a distance of 431.67 m to point NS7; thence on a bearing 100° 49’ 10” at a distance of 187.08 m to point NS8; thence on a bearing 200° 20’ 44” at a distance of 604.43m to back to point NS9 starting point.
