Box 49, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mung’atia Munyiri alias Mung’atia s/o Munyiri, late of Kathera, who died there on 16th June, 1994. CAUSE NO. 119 OF 2012 By John Kithinji M’Mungania, of P.O. Box 216, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Twerandu s/o Imanyara, late of Kathera, who died there on 20th July, 1965. CAUSE NO. 120 OF 2012 By Sabela Mwari M’Rimberia, of P.O. Box 876, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mbui M’Atanira, late of Kimbo, who died there on 23rd December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
