GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7535

NOTICE is given that a petition for an order that— (a) it is just inequitable for the above company to be wound-up; and (b) for such other order as shall be just; was presented to the High Court at Nairobi on the 15th May, 2012, by (1) Martin Kitisya Malinda, (2) Zarina Sherali Nathoo, (3) Peter Mwau Mbuvi, (4) Makueni Bus Transport, (5) Benson K. Kamba, (6) George Nzibe, (7) John Mulwa Mbithi and Rhoda Mwilu. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the court sitting at Milimani Law Courts, Nairobi, on 11th July, 2012, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his advocate for that purpose and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
