NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned physical development plan was on 5th April, 2012, completed. The development plan relates to land situated within County Council of Taita Taveta. Copies of the development plan have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, Wundanyi and County Clerk, County Council of Taita Taveta. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at offices of District Physical Planning Officer, Wundanyi and County Clerk, County Council of Taita Taveta, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 1264, Wundanyi, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 5th April, 2012. K.
