NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th July, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 879, in Volume DI, Folio 14/192, File No. MMXII, by our client, Kweyu Mwanza Valery, of P.O. Box 306, Butere in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Valery Anacletus Obanda, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Valery Anacletus Obanda, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kweyu Mwanza Valery, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kweyu Mwanza Valery only.
