NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th April, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1215, in Volume D1, Folio 73/1139, File No. MMXII, by our client, Susan Wanjiku Teck, of P.O. Box 25606– 00603, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Susan Wanjiku Kirago, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Susan Wanjiku Kirago, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Susan Wanjiku Teck, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Susan Wanjiku Teck only.
