NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd April, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1376, in Volume D1 Folio 87/1368, File No. MMXII, by our client, Kate Nkatha Ochieng’, formerly known as Catherine/Catheline Nkatha Kirimi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Catherine/Catheline Nkatha Kirimi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kate Nkatha Ochieng’, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kate Nkatha Ochieng’ only.
