APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 82 of the
Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance appoints—
Peter Nkonge Kirigua—(Chairman);
Members:
Susan Mudhune, James Omingo Magara, Vincent B. Walubayi, Henry Mwaniki, T.C.I. Ryan (Prof.), Farida Abdul, Magu Ngaire (Eng.), Dorcas Mugambi, to be members of the Nairobi Area Local Committee, for a period of two (2) years, with effect from the 1st August, 2012.
