REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jimmy Lenjo Mwakisha, of P.O. Box 60152-00200, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1956/503, situate within Voi Municipality in Taita District, by virtue of a certificate of lease registered as C.R. 36056/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
