REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rumad Enterprises Limited, of P.O. Box 86137, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor as freehold of all that piece of land known as sub-division no.1109 section VI Mainland North , within Municipality of Mombasa in the Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 9706/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
