WHEREAS (1) Alfred Ochieng Ogola and (2) Horizon Initiative (Kasiri) Katwenga, both of P.O. Box 24, Ragengni in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 1.92 and 1.11 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Bondo, registered under title Nos. Uyoma/Katwenga/3001 and 3002, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
