WHEREAS (1) Julius Njuguna Njoroge and (2) Muiruri Ngamau, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Murang‘a, registered under title No. Makuyu/Makuyu Block 11/2187, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card has been lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
