WHEREAS Joseph Gichuki Macharia (ID/1754780/64), of P.O. Box 1064, Nyahururu, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Gakawa/Githima Block 1 (Burguret)/463, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card has been lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
