REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Cheriro Koske and (2) Ruth Koske, of P.O. Box 47102, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of that piece of land known as No. 13287/157, situate in North Njoro Town, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 65211/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Land Registration Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
