WHEREAS (1) Michael Thiongo Kinyanjui, (2) Robert Kungu Ngata, (3) peter Mariira Gikonyo, (4) James Maina Mwangi and (5) Charles Kinyua Maina, all of P.O. Box 55166, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of that piece of land situate in the city of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 107/1123, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card has been lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the white and green cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
