REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Pius Kimeu Mutunga (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kathonzweni/Thavu/682, containing 13.6 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kathonzweni, and whereas the principal magistrates court at Makindu, in succession cause No. 24 of 2010, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Annastasia Muthikwa Kimeu, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer to the said Annastasia Muthikwa Kimeu, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Pius Kimeu Mutunga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
