REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Gitutu Kerongwe and (2) Mohabe Kerongwe (both deceased), are the registered proprietors of that piece of land known as No. Nyabasi/Busonga/166, containing 68.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kuria, and whereas (1) John Chacha Maroa and (2) James Chacha, have been granted letters of administration and confirmed beneficiaries, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Gitutu Kerongwe and (2) Mohabe Kerongwe, has been 3rd August, 2012 THE KENYA GAZETTE reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument, and issue land title deed to the said (1) John Chacha Maroa and (2) James Chacha, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Gitutu Kerongwe and (2) Mohabe Kerongwe, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
