NOTICE is given to the general public that Coast, Rift Valley and Tana Water Services Boards which provide water services by authority of a licence issued by Wasreb through contracted Water Services Providers (WSPs) have applied to the Wasreb for a regular tariff review for their agents as provided in the table below: Water Services Board (WSB) Contracted Water Services Provider (WSP) County Proposed Action Duration Coast Water Services Board Mombasa Water Supply and Sanitation Company Mombasa Upward tariff review to enable the WSP to attain full cost recovery, undertake minor investments and meet conditions to improvement service delivery. 2012/2013 to 2014/2015. Malindi Water and Sewerage Company Malindi 2012/2013 to 2013/2014 Rift Valley Water Services Board Nyandarua Water and Sanitation Company Nyandarua 2012/2013 to 2013/2014 Iten-Tambach Water and Sewerage Company Elgeyo Marakwet 2012/2013 to 2013/2014 Tana Water Services Board Nithi Water and Sanitation Company Tharaka- Nithi 2012/2013 to 2014/2015 Premises where details of the proposed action can be obtained: www.wasreb.go.ke or N.H.I.F. The public is invited to visit our website to view a summary of the proposal to increase tariffs within the next 30 days and submit any written comments to improve service delivery and or objections to the proposed upward review.
