ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of the Toyota saloon reg. KAQ 364F and Peugeot saloon, reg. No. KAE 792E, which are currently lying at the premises of Deen‘s Agencies (K) Limited, located off Mombasa Road, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of the outstanding storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date they were booked/delivered to the above mentioned premises. If the aforesaid motor vehicle are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same shall be sold by public auction or private treaty by Whitestone Auctioneers Limited, Chepkorio, off Lusaka Road, P.O.
