NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th March, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1448, in Volume DI, Folio 111/1830, File No. MMXII, by our client, Regina Ndunge Otieno, of P.O. Box 53130– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Regina Ndunge Mutiso alias Regina Ndunge Munyao, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Regina Ndunge Mutiso alias Regina Ndunge Munyao, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Regina Ndunge Otieno, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Regina Ndunge Otieno only.
