NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th April, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1949, in Volume DI, Folio 130, File No. MMXII, by our client, Nahashon Miriti Murungi, of P.O. Box 184, Chogoria in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as M‘Rucha Murungi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name M‘Rucha Murungi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nahashon Miriti Murungi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Nahashon Miriti Murungi only.
