Box 61201–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mzee Aenea, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Mzee Aenea, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Daniel Muthee Mwangi, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Daniel Muthee Mwangi only.
