NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th April, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2414, in Volume DI, Folio 126/2040, File No. MMXII, by our client, Joyhlynn Chepkorir Maraka, of P.O. Box 7566, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Maraka Joy, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Maraka Joy, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joyhlynn Chepkorir Maraka, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Joyhlynn Chepkorir Maraka only.
