IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, amend the commission issued through Gazette Notice Nos. 9043 and 9044 of 2012, in paragraph 4 of the Citation— (a) by inserting the words ―and to the National Assembly‖ immediately after the word ―President‖; and (b) by inserting the expression ―on or before the 3rd December, 2012‖ immediately after the word ―recommendations‖.
