APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 19 (2) of the
Transport Licensing Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander- in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint—
GEORGE K. KARWENJI to be Chairman of the Transport Licensing Appeals Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 31st August, 2012.
