IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 4 of the Valuation for Rating Act, and section 7 of the Rating Act, the Minister for Local Government approves the City Council of Kisumu‘s resolution under Min. 5/FC and GPC/2010 as follows: (a) To prepare a Suplementary Valuation Roll.
