THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muvir Holdings Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, of P.O. Box 27676–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/1/929, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 104726/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
