WHEREAS Ngure Chege (ID/3072979), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Lari/Kirenga/T.346, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, and efforts to made to locate the said land register (Green card) have failed, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be to be deemed and of no effect.
