REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Vacu-Lug Rubber Industries Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, of P.O. Box 45041–00100 Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 2.023 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 11880/3, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 38180/1, and whereas Razgul Holdings Limited has executed an instrument of certificate of amalgamation and discharge of charge in favour of Vacu- Lug Rubber Industries Limited, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declation that the said certificateof title registered as I.R. 38180/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of certificate of amalgamation and discharge of charge, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
