CAUSE NO. 882 OF 2012 By (1) Nduko Samuel Ronko and (2) Noah Koipatei Ronko, both of P.O. Box 24–01100, Kajiado in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ronko Koipatei, late of Isinya, who died along Isinya–Kajiado Road, on 8th February, 2011.
