NOTICE is given that at an extraordinary general meeting of SDC Commercial Services Limited held at Embassy House, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi, on 4th September, 2012, the following was passed as a special resolution. ―That the company be wound-up voluntarily‖. Notice is further given that the creditors of the above-named company are required on or before 4th October, 2012, to send their names and addresses with full particulars of their debts and claims against the said company of P.O. Box 10032–00100, Nairobi, to the undersigned, the liquidator, personally or by their advocate to come in and prove their debts or claims set out in such notice or in default thereof they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such dets are proved.
