IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) of the Co-operative Societies Act, revised 2005, the liquidator, Karai Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (in liquidation) do notify the creditors of the co-operative society to state their claims for admission or be excluded from any distribution made before they have proved them. The claims should be made at the liquidators office situated within the Provincial Commissioner‘s Building, Nakuru, Block ―D‖, 3rd Floor, Room No. 15, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice.
