NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th March, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1886, in Volume DI, Folio 95/1489, File No. MMXII, by my client, Michael Onyango Ochola Babu, formerly known as Michael Onyango Ochola, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Michael Onyango Ochola, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Michael Onyango Ochola Babu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Michael Onyango Ochola Babu only.
