NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th September, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 697, in Volume DI, Folio 108/1803, File No. MMXII by our client, Joyce Kalunda Mulwa, of P.O. Box 20723– 00202, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joice Mwango, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Joice Mwango, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joyce Kalunda Mulwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Joyce Kalunda Mulwa only.
