NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th December, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 670, in Volume DI, Folio 78/1245, File No. MMXII, by our client, Seraphine Akello Ogutu, of P.O. Box 43170– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the mother of Ochieng‘ Josef Ruligirwa, formerly known as Ochieng‘ Josef Ruligirwa- Kamara, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ochieng‘ Josef Ruligirwa-Kamara, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ochieng‘ Josef Ruligirwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ochieng‘ Josef Ruligirwa only.
