NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th February, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 1789, in Volume DI, Folio 36/563, File No. MMXII, by our client, Cheboi Juliet, of P.O. Box 192, Kapenguria in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Gladys Cherop Cheboi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Gladys Cherop Cheboi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Cheboi Juliet, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Cheboi Juliet only.
