NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th March, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 1386, in Volume DI, Folio 52/852, File No. MMXII, by our client, Eunice Cherop, of P.O. Box 192, Kapenguria in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Eunice Cherop Siwareng, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Eunice Cherop Siwareng, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Eunice Cherop, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Eunice Cherop only.
