NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th April, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 2141, in Volume DI, Folio 124/2016, File No. MMXII, by our client, Kelvin Isaac Njoroge, of P.O. Box 982–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kevin Isaac Njoroge Wanjiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kevin Isaac Njoroge Wanjiru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kelvin Isaac Njoroge, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kelvin Isaac Njoroge only.
