THE ANTI-CORRUPTION AND ECONOMIC CRIMES ACT

APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, the Chief Justice appoints— VALENTINE P. W. WANDERA Chief Magistrate, as a special magistrate to preside over cases involving corruption and economic crimes in the areas of jurisdiction of his current court station and future stations deployed to from time to time with effect from 1st June, 2012.
