REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Smokyland Enterprises, of P.O. Box 72—80108 in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1707/79, within north of Kilifi in Kilifi District, held by a title deed registered as C.R. 22257, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
